I am sharing this color wheel for those of you who might not have one for reference. I use this often to help me produce the best possible layouts. It really helps me determine which colors compliment each other best. I suggest looking up videos on You Tube to better understand the way this will help you. There are several videos so look at several till you find the best one that works for you. Just keep in mind that the opposite color compliments each other. Hope that makes sense.
